Local Pick-ups

In-Studio Pickup Policy

All pickups are by appointment only. Monday-Saturday from 11am-530pm. ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS ONLY. NO CASH. HFB STUDIO IS A CASHLESS STUDIO. AfterPay is available for in-studio purchases. 

When your order is ready, you will receive a text and email to schedule your pickup window. Standard processing times still apply to all pick up orders. In-studio pickup does not expedite orders.

Pickup times must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins will be accepted. Orders will only be released during a confirmed pickup appointment. No extra guests at pick up.

Orders will not be released to anyone other than the person listed on the order. (No one can pick up for you)

A $25 daily storage fee will apply to orders not picked up within 5 days.

Please arrive on time. Valid ID will be required.

By collecting your order, you confirm receipt in full and satisfactory condition. Signature confirmation may be required.
