At Her Flawless Beauty, we take pride in delivering the highest quality extensions, and customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you change your mind, we’re happy to accommodate an exchange or site credit.

• Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Hair must be in its original, untouched condition—unworn, uncombed, and untampered with. It must be returned exactly as received.
• Custom wigs from The Wig Atelier are final sale.
