You must ship the hair back within 5 days.
Due to the high quality of our products we rarely get an unsatisfied customer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you changed your mind and need to return or exchange your order. In this event, we are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.) The hair must arrive back the way it was sent to you.
