By completing your order with Her Flawless Beauty, you agree to honor our processing times and return/exchange policy. All orders require a processing period before shipment, as stated on each product page. Normal processing before shipping is as follows:
Luxe hair : 3-5 business days
Raw Indian hair: 5-14 business days
Ready to wear wigs: 7-14 business days
Custom wigs and color wigs: 7-21 business days
During sales normal processing times could be longer.
Expedited shipping applies only to the transit time, not processing time.
⭐ FedEx 2-Day & FedEx Overnight Shipping: These options refer to the delivery speed after your order has processed and shipped —not the time it takes for your order to be shipped.
Every order requires processing days before it ships. If you have an upcoming event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.
To ensure a stress-free experience, we advise against scheduling a hair appointment until your order has physically arrived. HFB is not responsible for appointment cancellations, lost deposits, or refunds due to delayed shipments.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, including apartment or house numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or rerouting, which can take weeks to resolve.
If your package is misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist if you need help reaching them.
From November to January, shipping carriers experience peak season delays. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, transit times may be extended due to increased holiday demand.

In-Studio Pickup Policy
All pickups are by appointment only. Monday-Saturday from 11am-530pm. ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS ONLY. NO CASH. HFB STUDIO IS A CASHLESS STUDIO. AfterPay is available for in-studio purchases.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a text and email to schedule your pickup window. Standard processing times still apply to all pick up orders. In-studio pickup does not expedite orders.
Pickup times must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins will be accepted. Orders will only be released during a confirmed pickup appointment. No extra guests at pick up.
Please arrive on time. Valid ID will be required.
By collecting your order, you confirm receipt in full and satisfactory condition. Signature confirmation may be required.
