Wig restyled to be ready to wear again!
WIG MUST BE PURCHASED FROM US (order confirmation will be checked)
IF YOU PURCHASED A READY TO WEAR WIG FROM US IT WILL BE STYLED THE SAME DUE TO THE WAY THE UNIT WAS CUT & LAYERED THE PART CAN NOT BE CHANGED
If your closure needs to be replaced it will be bleached, dyed and customized
Please leave your order number of the wig you previously purchased and are sending back for maintenance in the notes box on the check out page.
You can also note any additional specifics you need done to your wig.
Make sure the shipping address is correct.
Turn around time is 5-7 days.
You can ship your unit back in the pink wig box you received it in if you still have it.
You can purchase a new wig box for for a small fee.

Under no circumstance is Her Flawless Hair responsible for lost or stolen packages by mail. IF YOU ARE AFRAID YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET LOST IN THE MAIL PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF THE SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT INCLUDE INSURANCE TO COVER lost/stolen PACKAGES.
USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UP TO $50 INSURANCE COVERED $12 *FREE IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER $200 USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UP TO $500 INSURANCE COVERED $20
A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery on all orders! Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR The first delivery attempt the post office will leave you a notice to pick it up with the time and LOCATION, OR you can sign the notice and have them redeliver it the next day.
Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you.
If your package is delivered to the wrong house please contact the post office that delivers to your house FIRST. If you have any issues with delivery please contact the shipping carrier FIRST. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH CONTACTING THE SHIPPING CARRIER HER FLAWLESS HAIR CAN ASSIST.
NORMAL Processing takes 3-5 business days. Your order is shipped out normally by the 4TH or 5th day.

if you choose Fedex 2 Day shipping or Fedex overnight that does NOT mean your order will ship in 2 days or overnight. 2 Day and Overnight refers to the shipping speed it will take to deliver to you after the processing time frame.
After you place your order you WILL typically receive your order within THE NEXT 7 days DEPENDING ON THE MAIL FLOW.

Ready To Ship hair ships in 1 business day. If you place your order by 12noon PST your order will ship same day.
Only what says Ready To Ship is available for immediate shipping.
If your order includes something that is not ready to ship your whole order will ship together.
If you need the Ready To Ship part of your order to ship immediately you must place a different order for that.
LOCAL PICK UP (DMV AREA)
If you order online NO YOU CAN NOT pick it up.
THERE IS A 50% DEPOSIT FOR PICK UPS.

We encourage you not to make any hair appointments until YOU GET THE HAIR. Her Flawless Hair is not responsible for any APPOINTMENT cancellation fees or lost deposits! Do not make your hair appointment until the hair is physically in your hands.
