If you need your hair shipped immediately please order from the READY TO SHIP.

Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you.

Only what says Ready To Ship is available for immediate shipping. If your order includes something that is not ready to ship your whole order will ship together. If you need the Ready To Ship part of your order to ship immediately you please place a separate order for that.

LOCAL PICK UP (DMV AREA)

Local Pickups are offered in the DMV AREA when available. Pickups are announced on our Instagram and via email list. If you want to schedule a pick up, OR WANT TO KNOW WHEN THE NEXT PICK UP WILL BE use the instant chat feature or TEXT (202)731-6530.
