A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery on all orders! Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR The first delivery attempt the post office will leave you a notice to pick it up with the time and LOCATION, OR you can sign the notice and have them redeliver it the next day.

Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you. ​

NORMAL Processing takes 3-5 business days. Your order is shipped out normally by the 4TH or 5th day.

Ready To Ship hair ships in 1 business day. If you place your order by 12noon PST your order will ship same day.

Only what says Ready To Ship is available for immediate shipping.
If your order includes something that is not ready to ship your whole order will ship together.

We encourage you not to make any hair appointments until YOU GET THE HAIR. Her Flawless Hair is not responsible for any APPOINTMENT cancellation fees or lost deposits! Do not make your hair appointment until the hair is physically in your hands. ​
