SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

IF YOU ARE AFRAID YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET LOST IN THE MAIL PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF THE SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT INCLUDE INSURANCE TO COVER LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. IF YOU CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION HER FLAWLESS HAIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE. 

Please make note to the estimated delivery times on each product page and your cart before you check out. Sometimes your order will arrive before that date but please do not reach out to ask when your order will be shipping before that date. 

*******If you choose FedEx 2- Day shipping or FedEx Overnight that does NOT mean your order will ship in 2-Days or Overnight. 2-Day and Overnight refers to the shipping speed it will take to deliver to you after the processing time frame.

All orders go through a processing time frame. 

If you have an event coming up please order your hair as early in advance as possible to prevent unforeseen delays or order from the ready to ship. 

We encourage our customers not to make any hair appointments until YOU GET THE HAIR. Her Flawless Hair is not responsible for any cancellation fees or lost deposits. Do not make your hair appointment until the hair is physically in your hands. ​YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND IF YOUR HAIR DOESN'T MAKE IT IN TIME.

Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you. 

If your package is delivered to the wrong house please contact the shipping carrier FIRST. If you have any issues with delivery to your address please contact the shipping carrier FIRST. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH CONTACTING THE SHIPPING CARRIER WE CAN ASSIST.

During the end of the year around holiday season transit times may be delayed. This is beyond our control. 

DURING USPS AND FED EX PEAK SEASON (NOV-JAN) PLEASE ALLOW ROOM FOR DELAYS. 

LOCAL PICK UP (DMV AREA)

Local Pickups are offered in the DMV AREA when available. Pickups are announced on our Instagram @shopherflawlesshair and via email/text list. We travel to the DMV area at least once every 2-3 months and will accommodate our customers with the pick up option.

If you want to schedule a pick up, OR WANT TO KNOW WHEN THE NEXT PICK UP WILL BE use the instant chat feature or TEXT (202)731-6530.

If you order online NO YOU CAN NOT pick it up. Do not place any online order if you want to pick up your hair instead. Pick up orders are paid for via Apple Pay or Zelle. 

​THERE IS A 50% DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER FOR PICK UPS. YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. 
APPLE PAY / ZELLE / CASH IS ACCEPTED FOR PICK UPS.
